LiveIndex uses publicly available broadcast information from YouTube, Twitch, CHZZK, SOOP, Kick, and other platforms to provide live-stream discovery. The Service may collect and store information such as broadcast titles, channel names, thumbnails, broadcast identifiers, and viewer counts. When a user contacts us by email, the sender’s email address and inquiry content are processed to handle and respond to the inquiry. Account registration and login features are not provided. LiveIndex also uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits and page views and analyze service usage.

LiveIndex uses YouTube API Services. Information provided through the YouTube API is subject to applicable YouTube policies. The Service also uses publicly available broadcast information from Twitch, CHZZK, SOOP, and Kick, and uses Vercel Web Analytics for service usage statistics.

When users follow external broadcast links to another platform, that platform’s terms of service and privacy policy may apply. LiveIndex does not retain member account information because it does not provide account registration or login features. Personal information received through email inquiries is used to handle and respond to inquiries and is deleted when the processing purpose has been fulfilled or any applicable legal retention period has expired. LiveIndex uses Vercel for website deployment and Web Analytics, Supabase for database operations, and Gmail for handling email inquiries. LiveIndex uses external service providers, including Vercel, Supabase, and Gmail.
